Location: SW of Asheville, between
Brevard and Hendersonville, NC.
Driving Directions:
From Brevard (near Pisgah Forest &
Wal-Mart), take highway 64 east toward
Hendersonville for 3 miles. Turn right on to
Crab Creek Road at the rock quarry and
Triangle Gas Stop. Drive for 3 miles on Crab
Creek Road to the entrance of Little River
Ranch subdivision (on the right). Turn right
on to Morgan Drive and follow it through the
subdivision and to the top of the mountain.
From Hendersonville: Take highway 64 west
about 13 miles from I-26 to Crab Creek Rd.
(at the Triangle Gas Stop & rock quarry).
Turn left on to Crab Creek Rd. and go for 3
miles. Turn right on to Morgan Drive at the
entrance of Little River Ranch Subdivision.
Continue on Morgan Drive to the top of the
mountain.
From Asheville: Go south on I-26 to the
Asheville Airport Exit (exit 9). Turn right
on to highway 280, driving past the airport
and continue on to Brevard (less than 20 miles). Turn left
on to highway 64 after passing the Wal-Mart
complex. Go 3 miles E on 64, turn right on
to Crab Creek Rd. at the Triangle Gas Stop,
proceed 3 miles on Crab Creek Road, turn
right on to Morgan Drive (through Little
River Ranch subdivision) and continue to the
top of the mountain.
